Mish was probably one of the most enthusiastic and helpful people I’ve ever met at a restaurant. She served us and I walked away telling my mom “wow, she truly does her job with excellence.” And the food was incredible as well.
After a fun morning playing at Coogee Beach, we worked up an appetite and were thankful to just walk across the road to grab a couple burgers. We ordered a Betty’s classic and Betty’s Double and a side of fries. Both burgers were very tasty and hit the spot! The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We got extra Betty’s sauce (extra $2) to dip with the fries and that was perfect! We also had friendly service - thanks Ariella! Overall, great food at a nice spot with views of the Tasman sea to boot!
Had a fantastic experience at Betty's Burgers! From the moment we walked in, everything was great. The food came out quickly, was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The burgers were cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy, and everything tasted exactly as you'd hope. A big thank you to our server, Laine, who really made the experience even better. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our meal. She checked in on us at the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and always had a smile on her face. It's rare to receive service that genuinely stands out, but Laine's customer service definitely did. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience with great food and even better service. We'll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend Betty's Burgers to anyone looking for a quality meal and outstanding hospitality.
Burger cravings brought me to this place. One of the best places I have had a burger at 🙌🏻 !!! Bought these: Crispy chicken burger. 4/5 - If I had added pineapple it would have tasted better and compensated for the over cooked crispy chicken pieces. Grill chicken burger with pineapple and spicy mayo. 5/5👌- OMG it tasted so good. I didn't even bother to remove raw tomato it had in it, which i usually remove. The pineapple and spicy mayo with bacon sealed the deal 😍 5 chicken strips. 4/5 - Was more like strips forced into a cup. Little overcooked. Onion rings. 5/5 - Cannot complain. Make it crispier and it will taste so much better. Spicy mayo. 5/5 - Tasted as any good spicy mayo should. Quantity was sumptuous. Chocolate and Peanut butter thick shake. - Another item that made my day. Perfectly blended, consistent taste till the last sip 👌 Amazing staff and amazing service! We were given the buzzer but the staff still brought the items to our table. I wouldn't mind taking multiple modes of transportation to visit this place, you guys rock 😎
I was served by Nicola who was great. There was an atmosphere of bunter with the Team Manager serving as matchmaker trying to un-single the girls in the team. Highly recommended place in Coogee.
