Ordered online and it said 20-30 minutes which was perfect for us as we were busy with the kids and it’s a 10 minute drive. I placed the order it then said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Partner was late to pick it up which is our own fault but would be good if the website gave more accurate timeframes before you placed your order. We know for next time. Food was good but cold by the time we got it home. Lettuce on my burger was wiltered around the outside and had that brown colour. I asked for no onions and there was onions stuck to the bottom of my burger. Will most likely still give it another shot though as the burger was pretty tasty. You don’t get much in the calamari boxes for $10.
Ordered a bare as bettys double burger and a regular bettys double with onion rings sweet potato fries and fried pickles not only were the onion rings and sweet potato fries missing from the order, everything was cold, what a huge disappointment to open the bare as burger and see lettuce that should never have been used for for a meal.
I'm writing this review based on the wonderful customer service we experienced yesterday. The young lady who served us on 18/07 was truly exceptional. Your service and positive energy are rare these days; it was genuinely wonderful. My kids even said to you, "We rate you as 11 out of 10." Thank you for your friendly smiles, even when you were busy and checking on everything. We don't know if others feel the same, but for us, the service and atmosphere of the restaurant are just as important as the food, if not more so. If we return, it will be because of the excellent service. 😀
Had an awesome double cheese burger from Betty’s tonight!! Also tried the fried frickles which were lovely!! Amazing service from the team, especially Mary who greeted us and was super awesome!
two times visit this store i got classic with sweet fries. love friesportion size but they did not give lid(even i asked kitchen staff) i could not takeawy leftover chips, so i dumped it out. Second time i had same classic as well burger patty was dry and hard unlike first time visit.
