I’ve generally had great experiences at this place, and I really appreciate that they offer vegetarian options. Their burgers are usually pretty good. Unfortunately, the last time I tried the Shroom burger, the fried mushroom patty wasn’t cooked long enough - it was cold, and I couldn’t eat the burger. That experience was disappointing, especially after having had great burgers here before. It seems like they might be short-staffed, as the place could be a bit tidier, but customer service is good and friendly.

We usually stay away from fast food burger chains BUT one night we needed a quick bite before a movie. We ordered a Pumpkin wrap with the healthiest filling option and it was fantastic to say the least. We returned a few nights later another movie night and I ordered the Grilled Salmon bowl and WOW it really impressed with flavour, definitely not a fast food category in my opinion and I'm please it's a great option for Us. Oh the Chicken tenders are better than any other take way menues.. Just love this place and the Staff are always 10/10 Thanks 🙏 Guys See you next Movie night soon.

Came here for lunch. We ordered 4 burgers. Very small burger for the price you pay. Tried lobster roll (limited menu) pretty disappointed. I can taste the fishiness. The burger pretty flat and not really appetising. The bun is really soft but you can't win by just having a great bun. It's a burger restaurant. Overall taste alright nothing special. I had better ones.

Literally have been eating Betty burgers at least one meal a day everyday for the past 2 weeks. Been obsessed with the grilled chicken burger w/ chips and cola, but today I didn’t get any chicken till the last 20% of the burger 😑 lol it’s been very small portioned a few times but I didn’t mind cause the quality and taste I rated.. but this was off putting
