We went to Betty’s on a Thursday night for dinner and had a great time. Out of the menu options, we chose the Betty’s classic beef burger combo with a drink and chips, along with a crispy spicy chicken burger. Both burgers were on the original milk buns and were tasty, generous and very filling. The ingredients were fresh and the chips were cooked perfectly. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the atmosphere was really nice. Even though they were busy, the service was excellent and everything arrived quickly. Overall, great food, generous portions and good value for money. Highly recommended.
Waited 30min for 10 chicken Bites and chips! What a joke! Chicken sat there for another 10 min whilst I waited for chips. Food was cold. Chicken was burnt. No care factor. Not worth $29! Didnt even eat it! Staff walking around eating whilst working- pecking at chips with bare hands from chip warmer. Manager standing at pick up area with laptop and scale measuring left over stock, coughing over food, not covering mouth- Yuck! No gloves on handling food. Absolutely disgusting! Picked up my chips with his palms in my chips- No gloves. I asked where meal was every 10min and they told me it was coming.. 30min later..cold food. Apparently someone turned off the fryer! No communication with customer. Chicken sat there whilst they gave me an almost empty cup of chips with bare hands..worst QSR experience ever! No care factor, no speed of service, no food handling care. Fully staffed store with Zero cares for customer.
Amazing service poor holly nearly slipped over ( she thought no one saw😭) her dance moves were immaculate. Chef Ethan cooked up an absolute storm in the kitchen and my burger almost tasted just as good as McDonalds. Excellent service and speed !!
Came here for my daughter’s 14 birthday with 10 of her friends. From the very moment we walked in to when we left the staff could do enough for us! The food was amazing - hot and fresh! 10/10 - thank you to the Miranda Betty Burgers Team!! P.S thanks Mary for also you outstanding service!
We had such a wonderful experience at Betty’s Burgers, and a big part of that was thanks to Mary. From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, friendly, and attentive. She made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the whole experience so pleasant and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly loves what they do, and Mary truly made our visit memorable. Thank you, Mary, for your outstanding service—we’ll definitely be back!
