My go to has always been the Royal Chicken Burger with hot chili sauce until today. I've wanted to try something different for a while but couldn't get myself to do so as I love the Royal Burger. Today I chose a double beef burger and added an egg. Wow what a burger. I couldn't fault it in any way. It is now the best burger I have ever eaten. They have a good range of quality food that suits everyone including the kids.

honestly , hands down the best chicken burgers. in particular the galinha burger . absolute yum. the best service , the freshest food . it’s been our go to for chicken burgers for 11 years back when it was still called empire the absolute OG!!!!!

Really disappointing experience. Ordered lunch for my wife and 2 kids, received a table number and sat down to wait. After a very long time, we noticed multiple customers who ordered well after us were already receiving their food. We went to ask how much longer it would be, and the lady at the front disappeared out the back before coming over saying, “It’s coming now, sorry.” Something didn’t feel right, so I got up and checked. That’s when we were told our order had actually been made as takeaway and had apparently been sitting on the counter for a long time, meaning they had to remake the whole order from scratch. Meanwhile, my kids were getting restless and upset from waiting so long. When the replacement order finally came out, it was completely wrong anyway. At that point, we’d had enough. I asked for a refund and we left without eating. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the complete lack of care or urgency from the front staff. No genuine apology, no effort to make things right, and no customer service at all. Won’t be returning.

I couldn’t be any happier with this eatery. The staff were so friendly and attentive. My single cheeseburger came with all of the trimmings and was how a burger should taste. Whilst I was waiting I could tell that the staff kept the kitchen spotless and were always wearing clean gloves. If you are in Narellan Town Centre, this is a must visit for you or your whole family.

We had the burgers today, really juicy and moist burgers. We ordered chicken and beef one and they were freshly made and served.
