Very disappointing experience. One staff member was extremely unprofessional and spoke to customers in a very rude and aggressive manner. Throughout my visit, they repeatedly raised their voice at people, creating an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. What was particularly upsetting was hearing comments that appeared to unfairly suggest a customer might have been involved in dishonest behaviour, without any clear reason. This made the situation feel embarrassing and inappropriate. Customer service should be respectful and professional, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not feel comfortable returning.
burger looked and tasted nice (only reason why im not giving 1 star), but it gave me diarrhea. you see; im highly gluten intolerant, and I made the chef's aware of this up front, and they assured me they could make a burger with gluten-free buns. well it would appear as though they made a huge mistake. at this point im very attuned into how wheat makes me feel. I immediately felt the tell tale nausea sympoms and had stomach pain and the runs the very next day (right on "time")... i believe there is a chance the wrong bun was selected for me. could the grill'd "authorities that be" have a deeper look into this and the processes that goes into preparing a gluten free burger. you should understand this situation could've been a lot more serious had I been a "coeliac". you'd expect better at this relatively high price point. food safety should be at the top of everyones agenda.
If we pass them to miss the order, the potato was really bad. It had waited, burned and disgusting to the extent that it could not be eaten. I will never come here again. The worst Grilld experience in Sydney.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal the other night (30th May @ 1730)! Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Although pricey, the food was genuinely fresh and tasted great (and it only took about 10mins from when we ordered (whilst it was starting to get busy!)). We will definitely be returning to this location!:) Edit: grammar.
Proper howzat burger !! Takeaway order & looks like it came straight from the telly. Top crew on tonight. Best gluten free burger in the game 💨💨
