Extremely bad service, the kitchen it’s terrible and so dirty, the guy in there has a bad attitude, there is so much mess everywhere, the tables are always with much rubbish, it’s disgusting eat in there. There is eve oil and other food waste, in the whole side. With all due respect, we came hungry and wanting to eat, and we left disgusted and wanting to vomit because of the terrible situation. The worst service ever!
It was a pleasant experience at Lane Cove Grill’d. we got the salad and felt its true food and well prepared with care. Quite efficient service, reasonably priced and most of all the staff is super happy to work there!! Which means they treat customers well!! Felt welcoming and we took some take away too.
Great food and very quick service. The zucchini chips are my absolute favourite! The burgers are tasty without being greasy and feel like a healthier option compared to typical fast food. Customer service has improved noticeably. Will definitely be back.
The food was spot on and everyone loved it. Awesome spot for a family catch-up. Food was top-notch and staff were super friendly, even when it was busy. One of the staff, I think a new manager gave great tips and mentioned discounts — will defs be back!
