Order takeaway, build-your-own burger; grilled chicken, tomato, lettuce, mayo and charred pineapple for which I was charged. Get home, so already too late to do something about it and... no pineapple.... still I paid for it... the pineapple option is why I went there the first place.....

After ordering today 27th May 2026 at 8.30 pm, I am extremely disappointed about the terrible experience we had with our order. We ordered two burgers: one Grand Brie Burger and one Build Your Own Beef Burger. When the order arrived, we immediately noticed that the Build Your Own Burger was missing pineapple. We raised this with the waitress, Ana, but her response was completely unacceptable. She did not apologise, did not show any concern, and simply said there was no pineapple left before walking away from our table. My wife had to go to the counter herself to request a refund because Ana clearly had no interest in helping us or fixing the issue. To make matters worse, I then realised that the brie was also missing from my Grand Brie Burger. When I went to speak to Ana about it, her response was even more insulting: she laughed. The lady at the counter then offered a $4 refund while also laughing about the situation. Missing one ingredient may be understandable. Even missing two ingredients could perhaps be forgiven if the staff handled the situation properly. But the way this was managed was absolutely disgusting. There was no apology, no accountability, no care, and instead we were treated like a joke. The attitude from the staff, especially Ana, was rude, careless, and completely disrespectful. It felt as though they were making fun of us rather than trying to resolve a simple mistake. This was not just poor customer service, it was appalling.

Place was empty and took ages around 25 min to be served our dishes and there was some funky deep fried thing in our chips shown in the photo and the onion rings had barely any onion in it and burger was average

Firstly the music is horrible in there. I couldn’t wait to leave!! Ordered a burger and got the wrong bun. The girl who served me felt bad but that was it. Straws are massive for your drink. Staff look like they don’t want to be there- no personality or care whatsoever. Shame. Can’t say I’ll be back.

food was great but staff need to be more mannered. eye rolling at multiple customers not just me. it was specific to one girl, i can understand it’s a long day, but it makes me not want to dine in again just purely of attitude. something was forgot in my order so i was looking around and the craziest attitude from this girl “do u need something?!” not smiling in welcoming and when i explained what we were missing she was like oh ill go get it with an eye roll. 8:45-9pm there was another staff thought who was lovely to mention so not everyone however just one person can ruin the whole dining experience.
