I'd heard good things about Grill'd but I'm afraid to say overall the experience was a little disappointing. The pros: Was immediately greeted by a friendly face the second I walked in the door, I was asked if I was dining in or taking away and then walked through the ordering process. I had heard Grill'd was a bit on the pricier side however I feel for what I ordered the price was pretty reasonable, with a burger a side and a snack Pita pocket coming in at around $25. The flavor of the burger was spot on. I ordered the Mustard and pickle burger, and it had a great taste to it. The cons: The burger whilst tasting nice somehow came out cold. I didn't really care since I was hungry, but it was a big letdown. The onion rings I had ordered, while indeed crispy had very little onion in them at all, to the extent that I wasn't even sure if there was any onion in some of them at all. Overall friendly service and good tasting food, but the quality and consistency were not very good at all. If the food came out hot and of a consistent quality, I would say the price of the whole experience is good value for money, however I just dent know if I can recommend Grill'd when food comes out cold.

Bun was hot, meat was juicy and had lots of sauce!! The chickens bites were okay still crispy, but would have been better if they were hotter.

Wanted to drop in and give Michael and his team a review. Visited Monday night and ordered the bird and Brie absolutely delicious. Above all, over heard how Michael was leading the team and wanted to compliment how well he manages staff and languages he uses. Big ups. Cheers for a delicious meal.

The bread was so stale that it just fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The Manager did offer for me to come in and they would remake it for us, but that’s just inconvenient and it would require me to go out of my way. It’s not good enough you don’t pay almost $40 to get stale bread.

Unfortunately, our first experience at Grill’d Miranda was far below expectations. We were seated without any explanation of how to order, so we waited far too long before realising we were supposed to scan the barcode on the table ourselves. No staff member approached us or even acknowledged us. The salad I ordered was extremely poor — mostly lettuce, barely any chicken (and what was there wasn’t cooked properly), and several advertised ingredients were missing. When I spoke to a staff member, she took the plate away and returned with the same plate, only now with a small spoonful of shredded carrot and a tiny smear of avocado paste added. Still no apology. The salad was bland, unsatisfying, and overpriced. We also never received our water bottles and weren’t told we needed to collect them ourselves. Overall, the service, communication, and food quality were all lacking. Not an experience I’d return for or not tell everyone about
