I booked a large group 20 plus people. I personally ordered the $49.95 order and one of the mini burgers I asked for no sauce. It did come out with sauce. I went back to the kitchen as asked for it to be remade which was done. And my daughter was happy with this. I then had a waitress came out saying that I need to return the wrong mini burger. At that time I said it was giving to my other child. The manager then said she wont replace the mini burger unless she had the wrong burger. I said tonplease remake as my other child has eaten it. Finally i went back to see and it wasn't eaten so I was told they needed it and to go sit down and wait. We have spend over $400 - $500 for dinner only to be treated poorly. This management team needs retraining in customer service. Can your head office please get in contact with me asap. Not happy and can not believe all this over a little mini burger!
Thanks to the lovely lady who answered my call when Uber was being absolutely stupid. They were kind enough to send me a new order and give me some sauces for free! It genuinely made my day, thanks so much.

Thank you to all the staff we know that you work very hard specially in winter when the weather is dreary and you still have to rock up to work. I just want to say huge thank you for your delicious food. We just had your burger tonight. It was absolutely wholesome not greasy and just right.
Absolutely impressed with Grill’d! The staff were friendly, happy, and welcoming. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Huge shoutout to the lady in the kitchen.. her hygiene standards were exceptional. She changed gloves between every ingredient which you rarely see these days. So refreshing compared to places where staff handle food and cash with the same gloves. Thank you!
