Hands down the best beef hotpot in town! The broth is incredibly flavorful, and the beef is always fresh and high-quality. The dipping sauce bar is fantastic, and the service was quick and friendly. We left completely stuffed and happy. Highly recommend!!

I recently visited Niu Mo Wang Chaoshan Beef Hot Pot, and it was one of the best hot pot experiences I’ve had in Sydney. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet traditional Chinese atmosphere. The seating is comfortable, and the warm lighting creates a very welcoming environment. What impressed me the most was the quality of the beef. The meat was incredibly fresh, tender, and full of flavor. Every cut had its own unique texture, and you could really tell that freshness is a priority here. The soup base was rich and delicious without being overly salty, making it the perfect complement to the beef. The service was also excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to explain the different beef cuts and cooking times. Even during busy hours, the service remained efficient and professional. The ingredients were fresh, portions were generous, and everything was presented beautifully. Whether you’re a hot pot lover or trying Chaoshan beef hot pot for the first time, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back again with friends and family.

First time trying this restaurant and loved it. Seated straight away at 630pm, no booking Place was clean, sauces were plentiful and the hot pot broth was great (we chose two flavours - tomato and original beef) Ordered lemon tea which was refreshing, along with fried prawn tofu rolls and oyster omelette which reminded us of the korean seafood pancake (similar texture)

The beef hotpot here is absolutely amazing! The meat is fresh, tender, and full of flavor. The broth is rich and delicious. Great service and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

4.8 - I enjoyed the food we had, and liked trying different sauces. The cuts of meat, meatballs, tendon, vegetables etc in the broth, which wasn't fatty or thick, which was wonderful. There was some delay with accessing the water, but I liked that it was warm water to help with digestion. Clean and Hygienic, although more comfortable seating or a softer atmosphere would be welcome.
