As this place just opened its clear that operations are still trying to get the hang of things, especially during busy hours. Wait times are relatively long, from being seated to ordering your soup base. This is quite accessible and easy to those who have never had hotpot before, so I’d highly recommend you give it a try! Better for groups of 1-2 or small families. The hotpot train itself often provides limited stock of toppings, especially noodles which could be addressed. Other than that, the soups were tasty and we loved the meat! Will be coming back soon.
Our family of 2 adults 2 kids enjoyed an excellent dinner today. It was our first visit and we waited around 20 minutes for a table. We loved the double train 🚂 conveyor belts that served fresh & beautifully presented food. It was extremely busy with many people waiting but staff was friendly and fast in serving food. Overall, it was a delicious & enjoyable dining experience and we will go back again 😝
It was nice to experience these type of places but I would not go back. I found a lot of the food like artificial type & just edible. Or they could have had a lot of preservatives making the texture of the food so weird. Not recommended however maybe worth once to just experience it. Not a ‘WOW’ type experience however.
Great service, good variety, and perfect for eating alone too. The line can get a bit long during peak hours but worths the wait 😋
Nice and fresh. Quite cheap for a hot pot place.
