Came here for lunch with work colleagues, ten of us. It is just opposite to Riverside theatre. It is walking distance from train station or even better tram stop is not far. There are many options for your tastes. Today I had nice and simple chicken biryani. Recommended for sure, our colleagues also did enjoy theirs. Food is alright and it is valued for money for sure. If you are thinking of something nice and good, this is the place.

Certainly — here is a more polished, praising, and slightly expanded version: What can I say about this Indian restaurant other than it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Firstly, the service was exceptional. Our waiter, Nirish — I hope I have his name correct — was absolutely excellent. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful with our menu selections, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. To top it off, at the end of the meal I accidentally left my umbrella behind, and Nirish actually ran down the street to catch up with me and return it. That level of care and customer service is rare these days and deserves real praise. The food itself was superb in every way. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and clearly made with great care. The whole meal was a genuine pleasure. In short, this was easily a 5 Stars Plus experience. I will definitely be going back, and I am also looking forward to trying their other restaurant in Randwick, which is closer to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A warm, satisfying meal made even better by how consistently well everything was prepared. The kitchen delivered not just on the breads but on the full spread of dishes, making the experience feel complete and genuinely enjoyable. 🍽️ Food The food was very good, with each dish arriving hot, fresh, and cooked exactly the way it should be. The mains we ordered came out well, with balanced flavours and a clear attention to detail that made the whole meal feel cohesive and satisfying. The breads were the undeniable highlight: - Cheese naan was exceptional — probably the best in a long time, perfectly soft with just the right melt and a light crisp on the edges. - Peshawari naan had that ideal sweetness and fragrance without being overpowering. - Tandoori roti was delicious too, warm, smoky, and beautifully puffed. Everything complemented each other, making the meal feel complete rather than just a collection of dishes. 👨‍🍳 Service Service was good, with staff who were attentive, polite, and efficient. Orders arrived on time, and the team checked in just enough to make sure everything was going smoothly. 🌿 Ambience The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, the kind of setting where good food and good service naturally come together. It’s an easy place to settle into and enjoy a satisfying meal. The standout breads alone make this spot worth revisiting, especially if you’ve been missing a truly great cheese naan.

Food was absolutely delicious, the fragrance of the curries really set the scene when the food came out! Staff were also wonderful, attentive and friendly. Really felt like I was taken care of. I’ve been here multiple times and would keep coming back.

Had a lot of hype going into the place after reading all the reviews. Service was good however we did have some hiccups with unclean glasses, but staff replaced it promptly. Food came out at a reasonable pace however it was average at best. We got the daal, paneer and 2 chicken curries and we were not wow’d by anything. It wasnt bad but not worth the hype it gets. The only surprise was the romali roti which was done brilliantly and very authentic
