Brought my mum here because she was craving Indian food, and we had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We started with the Dahi Puri, which was a great way to kick off the meal. For our mains, we ordered the Haryali Paneer, Patiala Chicken, Beef Vindaloo, and Kashmeree Pulao rice. My favourite was the Patiala Chicken, it was packed with flavour and cooked perfectly, while my mum especially loved the Beef Vindaloo. There was a small mix up where our chicken dish was initially forgotten, but the chef personally came out to apologise, which we really appreciated. They also kindly offered us a complimentary cheese garlic naan. It arrived warm, soft, and wonderfully gooey, and honestly, it more than made up for the mistake. The only minor feedback is that we requested our dishes to be spicy, but they weren’t quite as spicy as we were expecting. That said, the flavours were still delicious. Great food, genuine hospitality, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Before ordering, I asked the chef for the restaurant’s speciality and was recommended the Paneer Lababdar. Sadly, the curry did not meet expectations. The flavour was poor, it seemed overly salty, and the ingredients and oil used did not taste fresh or of good quality. I also ordered bread, but it was hard and lacked the softness and freshness that I expected. Overall, the food quality was far below what I anticipated, especially after asking for the chef’s recommendation. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and focuses on improving the quality of ingredients and preparation rather than simply serving food quickly. Good food quality is essential for customer trust and long-term success. Unfortunately, my first experience here was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this restaurant based on the meal I received.

Had the best dinner here! We ordered the vegetarian banquet. We were so full and enjoyed trying all the dishes- also approved by my Indian friend as well who said one of the best Indian food she had in Sydney!! Also great service and atmosphere! They were happy to give recommendations on what to eat etc. Must try

Myself and my partner came here for dinner and we were absolutely amazed at the food. I had the butter chicken which was absolutely delicious and my partner had the lamb vindaloo and that was also very tasty. It was fast and a kind service as well which also made our evening 5 stars 🤩

Jaggi’s in Neutral Bay is a nice restaurant. We ordered the banquet which was lots of food in variety and taste. On the menu - Entree of onion bhagi, seekh lamb kebab, chicken tikka - Mains were butter chicken, goat meat curry, patiala chicken curry - naan bread and rice, side of cucumber raitia - dessert of mango kulfi and gulab jamun - mango lassi (extra order which wasn’t part of the banquet). There’s a young boy who was running the front of house on this particular Sunday on his own. He did his best but perhaps they needed an extra person.
