We went there around 1 pm and the two girls At prantha shop Was making fun of customers and passing smiles to each other when We went for order and then the food was not as expected. There was no filling Very unprofessional and when I asked the girl that there is no filling in pranthas She just gave me no answer and then walked away After they were talk to each other that where this kind of customers come from This is what the Service provide and I highly recommend to the owner to change the staff otherwise your shop not gonna work nicely no costumer will come back here again same as we not gonna come back again.

Very disappointed with the experience at this restaurant. The staff behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of treating customers properly, some staff members were making fun of customers, which made the environment uncomfortable. Customer service should always be respectful and welcoming. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff behavior in the future.

Before this i have posted negative reviews . But this time even i visited to eat parantha the two girls are fabulous in their job . The parantha was so good and the girls who are serving me the food were friendly to me . They are enjoying their job. This time i really appreciate them.

We went to the shop to place an order, and the girl working there was incredibly rude. First, she took her own sweet time getting up from her chair, and then she spoke to us as if she was doing us a huge favor. She had absolutely no manners or customer service skills. I think her name was Gurleen (or something similar), as the other girl called her by that name. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, she said something and started laughing. This is hands down one of the worst shops in Blacktown. We will never visit again, and I highly recommend everyone else to avoid this place too.
