Service was amazing and so was the food. Serving sizes were a little small though... 4-5 pieces of goat in the goat curry and maybe 6 pieces of chicken in the butter chicken.
In a world where everything changes, this place has stayed the same for >10 years. Nothing flash, but good solid homely Indian food. Had the chicken karahi with naan and rice. The rice portions were small but the naans were good value. We were served by Tommy who could have been more cheerful!
The best Indian restaurant in Hornsby! I’ve been a customer here for many occasions and I have never been let down once. The food is always great, prices are great, staff are great, atmosphere of the restaurant is great. The restaurant has been in the same hands for longer than I’ve been alive, that says something. Can recommend this place ever time you want to eat Indian.
Ordered the Hornsby banquet meal and thoroughly enjoyed everything there was to eat. Started off with an entree platter, where we got large, juicy, and tender pieces of meat with flavourful and crispy samosas. Then we got a few different curries of our choice with garlic naan and basmati rice. Then we finished off with mango kulfi for dessert. Everything was fresh, tender, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning.
Food was delicious, had the butter chicken and biryani. Would highly recommend. Service was great. A very warm and friendly family run business!
