Best Indian food I’ve had in Sydney. My partner and I had the lamb rogan josh and lime and coriander fish curry. The sauces were rich and fresh, not greasy at all and the meat was tender. We also had dessert, which was delicious. I highly recommend and will definitely eat here again.

Hands down one of the best Indian restaurants we’ve had. The Clove Fine Dining was such a chance discovery, and we’re so glad we found it. Shah, the owner, made us feel genuinely welcome. He’s warm, friendly, and has a real gift for making every guest feel right at home. Every dish was outstanding. The chaat was packed with flavour, the grilled meats were perfectly cooked, the aloo gobi was comforting, and the goat Madras was rich, tender, and unforgettable. And don’t even get me started on the plain naan. It sounds simple, but it was one of the best I’ve ever had—soft, fresh, buttery, and somehow memorable enough to deserve its own mention. Authentic food, incredible hospitality, and a dining experience we’ll be talking about for a long time. The Clove has officially earned a permanent spot in our restaurant rotation. Highly, highly recommend!

Very enjoyable evening. We were warmly greeted and seated by the window. Decided to try dishes I've never had before, entree was samosa chaat and aloo tikka, which was a bit spicy. The mains were goat and duck with rice and naan. All cooked beautifully and not too spicy. It is also BYO. Our waiter was very friendly and the food came out pretty fast. I just wish I had a few more people to try more dishes.

Came here with my family visiting from overseas, and we left feeling unwelcome. Several staff members were dismissive, and we overheard complaints nearby that made the service feel unprofessional. Even if the food was fine, the staff behavior and overall experience were disappointing, and the restaurant should do better at making all guests feel respected and comfortable.

My partner and I used the First Table discount for dinner (50% off food), and it was well worth it. We ordered Tandoori King Prawn as a starter, followed by Lamb Korma and Beef Banaroshi, a side of rice, and a fantastic Cheese Naan. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The environment isn't anything special, but the food is the most important thing, and it didn't disappoint. The menu has several options, including many gluten-free choices. The discounted price was $100, including two sodas. We'll be back.
