I’m a regular visitor to Castle Towers, but I was never aware that there’s such a great place offering a wide range of Indian street food. I visited for the first time today, and all of us, including the kids, loved the food. The owner was kind and helpful, and the location is extremely convenient, right next to all three: the Castle Towers entrance, the Castle Hill Station bus stop, and the Castle Hill Metro entrance. I’ll definitely be visiting again.
Had kulche chole and loved it. Gave me Delhi style chole similar taste . Kulchas were soft and chole flavorful. Also tried Maggi but didn't clicked picture. Maggi is so tasty that brought back college canteen memories. Had lot of veggies in Maggi and just loved that. Would highly recommend to try Chole kulche & Maggi ( with veggies ) . Next would try Bombay bhelpuri there.
At first wasn’t too sure about the place because of low crowd but the food is absolutely amazing, it has that home style feel and everything is such good quality too. Honestly a very underground location with some of the best Indian food I’ve tried in Sydney, it has that authentic feel. The atmosphere is lovely with music and colourful decor. The service however is very slow as there’s one person cooking and taking orders but overall highly recommend!! Some dishes I recommend are - vada pav butter masala - penne Alfredo - tandoori paneer pizza
Fusion flavours is such an amazing place ! I have tried almost everything on their menu and not a single dish has disappointed. The Vada pav, Pav bhaji, Pink sauce pasta everything is full of flavour . The ambience is lovely , especially on a rainy day, perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy some comforting dishes . The place is also very affordable, hygienic and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommend if you are around !
Fresh and delicious food. The staffs are really welcoming and the food is as just as good. Tried the their roti and it was buttery and soft and the curry was absolutely amazing
