Tiranga Indian Resturant is one of the best restaurants I have been to! The owner is the chef and he makes really good food. My favourite is tea, samosa, rice and daal. :) i took my Chinese friend over there and she loved the food! :) They have the combos in which you can get the rice and 1 or 2 curries and the food is really nice. At night time, they have the last hour special going on which is the best deal you can get in Marrickville for Indian food. The tea, naans and rest of the food is freshly made and quite authentic.
This place is awesome. It was quiet when we went there and the chef Gosh was so lovely he got us seated and started cooking our garlic naan straight away and we got butter chicken and lamb Rogan Josh and it was absolutely delicious. Because it was so quiet the chef came over and chatted with us and was so friendly he told us stories about how he started the restaurant how he used to work as a head chef and it was just a really lovely conversation. He even gave me extra refills cause I just finished football and I was really hungry which was so kind. Highly recommend.
Coming from a filipino who ate Butter chicken all over the world, it's so good! Chicken tikka masala and the lamb delish and tender as well. Love the hot chai with sugar as well! Great staff too.
Fast and kind service. Delicious vegan options besides the usual meat and dairy dishes, great samosas. Usually with plenty of seats. Been here many times.
Walk passed this shop and smell amazing aromatic food. Get in straight away and ordered beef vindaloo and chickpeas. Delicious Indian food in sydney, will definitely come back 👍
