It was our first time coming here, and we ordered a variety of Indonesian dishes. The food was delicious, and the drinks were not too sweet—just perfect. We also loved the restaurant’s décor. The service and location were great, but there was no toilet inside the restaurant—hopefully they’ll provide one in the future so customers don’t have to go outside. Overall, we loved all the food and would definitely come back. (IG: @pearlsfoodadventure)

📍Temu Kangen, Haymarket If you’re craving authentic Indonesian flavours in the city, this spot is a must 👀🇮🇩 First thing you’ll notice how clean, bright, and well-presented the space is. It’s right on the main road, super easy to find, and has that welcoming, no-fuss vibe. 🅿️ There’s paid parking just a short walk away, but street parking can be tricky. Honestly, public transport or walking is your best bet — it’s conveniently close to everything in Haymarket. Customer service gets a strong 9/10 🙌 The staff were friendly and helpful just note you’ll need to ask to be seated. Ordering is modern and easy with an iPad brought to your table. Pro tip: check out the food warmers first so you can actually see what’s available before ordering (makes the decision way easier!). Now let’s talk food… 🔥 10/10 for variety so many dishes and meats to choose from, all looking fresh and full of flavour. Plus, they’re halal certified, which is a big plus. They offer both dine-in and takeaway, but I’d definitely recommend eating in so you get everything fresh and at its best. Overall: 10/10 — clean space, amazing variety, and a solid go-to for Indonesian comfort food in the city. #Sydney #Australia #SydneyEats #IndonesianFood #HalalEats #FoodieFinds #CityDining #AsianFood

Food came out quickly and was delicious. Mie Goreng was nicely balanced and had a bit of wok hei. The chicken skewers were smoky and well seasoned, too. Restaurant was well maintained and clean, and the staff friendly. A great value feed!

Food was absolutely delicious and spicy. Service is super friendly. I visited here after reading a review saying they could accommodate a vegan diet—the person that served me made me feel at ease and asked the kitchen about what was vegan. I will definitely be back soon to try more dishes and bringing friends! If the menus can provide more information about what dishes are vegan (or can be made vegan) that would make it even easier for me to order. Also, the drinks are great, and they sell desserts too. Thanks again! :)
