The portions are huge, the prices are reasonable, and the service was genuinely amazing, but the food just wasn’t very good. For the croquettes, I’d honestly suggest the restaurant sell them individually. If you try one and don’t like it, fine, but if you do like it, then you can order more. Instead, they brought out three at once. I get that they probably want to sell more in one go, but they’re really filling, especially with all that dense cheese inside. Most people would probably be full after two. The pizza dough itself was actually really good, but the toppings just didn’t work. The tomato sauce barely had any flavour, which clashed badly with the anchovies. The overall experience was basically: bland, bland, bland… then suddenly overwhelmingly salty. It felt very abrupt and unbalanced. The special pizza next to the 250 pizza was slightly better. The truffle smelled amazing, but again, the flavours didn’t really come together. It felt like the chef just threw on whatever sounded creative and baked it. The chef gives very much “free-spirited creative type” energy, but without really considering whether the combinations are actually tasty. The salad was fine, nothing offensive, but again, all the ingredients felt separate from each other, like they never really came together as a dish.
Truly the best pizza I've ever had in Australia. Wow what an absolute delight. The bread is so beautifully soft and has a charred crunch to it as well. I could literally eat the pizza bread all on its own that's how amazing it is. So perfectly cooked and delicious. The cheese they use on the pizzas is very high quality and so delicious. The vegetarian pizza and the margarita pizza were simply divine. Such an incredible food experience. The garlic cheese pizza was a delicious and fresh starter. Everything comes out super fresh and hot and delicious. The gnocchi was so squishy and soft and delicious. Perfect amount of flavour and sauce and cheese. Obsessed with the gnocchi! The service is very friendly and attentive and helpful. Everyone here is so welcoming and kind. The seating is comfortable and spacious with a warmly lit and beautifully decorated atmosphere. You get decent serving sizes for decent prices. I truly cannot fault a single thing at this place. It is truly my favourite pizza I've ever had and the gnocchi is high up there too! It's worth the trip if you're not local and I will definitely will be back!
They have a gluten free base which is baked on a separate tray but in the same oven. Not 100% celiac disease prove but nonetheless I was very happy. They avoid cross contamination as much as possible. Pizza was delicious. 23$ for a Margherita+6$ for Gluten free.
I really like the pizza bread’s soft texture and its delicious aroma. The flavor is great, and you can really taste the quality of the cheese, it’s definitely a good one. So far, it’s worth trying!
Authentic Italian pizza at its best! The dough was perfectly made, and every ingredient tasted fresh and high-quality. You can really tell they care about using proper Italian products. Great service as well — friendly, fast, and attentive. They also have a lovely selection of Italian beers that pairs beautifully with the food. Highly recommended! 🍕🇮🇹
