I celebrated my birthday at Beppi’s, and it was such a memorable experience. The restaurant surprised me with a beautiful birthday card and a thoughtful little gift, which made me feel incredibly special. Every dish we ordered was excellent, and everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed the food. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service. The staff brought out my birthday cake, sang Happy Birthday, and made the celebration feel truly special. Before we left, when I was taking some final photos, they even took me on a tour of their wine cellar, which was such a unique and unforgettable touch. The service was so outstanding that we were more than happy to leave a $90 tip. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a birthday or another special occasion, I couldn’t recommend Beppi’s more highly. We’ll definitely be back!

Celebrated my partners birthday in the wine cellar. It was a such a lovely setting to have a birthday. You felt transported back to Italy with the classical Italian dishes. Service was also very professional and attentive. Our only comment would be that the space requires a substantial minimum spend for it being a private hire space, however, the space wasn’t very private and guests from other dinners were walking in and out of our area all night. Aside from that we really loved it and would be delighted to return as a regular diner.

Beppi’s made my birthday celebration on Monday night incredibly special. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. What truly surprised me was the personalised birthday card and thoughtful gift from the team, such an unexpected touch that made the evening even more memorable. The zucchini flowers were delicious, and my Chitarra con ragú di carne e burratina was absolutely divine. The standout, however, was the tiramisu, seriously hands down the best I’ve had in Sydney. Exceptional food, impeccable service, and a level of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare. A truly memorable dining experience, and I will absolutely be back. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special. ❤️

We hear about Beppi’s Italian from Channel 7 mentioning they are earliest traditional Italian restaurants in SYD. When we arrived, we are impressed by their classic setting in the dining area plus vintage wine collection. Their food and servers are friendly and attentive. Their reputation makes me step in and their quality of food and servers definitely make me return.

Dining at Beppi's Restaurant in Darlinghurst felt like stepping into a little corner of Italy. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and heartfelt. The restaurant is elegant and being seated in the private La Cantina surrounded by historic bottles of wine, made the evening feel intimate and special. The main dining room was pleasantly calm, though as a lively Italian family we were grateful for the private space where our laughter could flow freely without disturbing others. Service was impeccable, and the food was beautifully executed. My tuna steak was delicate and melted in the mouth, needing only a touch more salt to be perfect. A Barolo paired with a Riesling made for a memorable indulgence, and the birthday tiramisu with candle for Mum was a truly lovely gesture that captured the spirit of Italian hospitality. However, the experience lost some shine when I later noticed a 10% tip had been added to the bill without being mentioned or agreed to. Tipping should always remain at the guest’s discretion, and this felt somewhat presumptuous. Is it the best restaurant I’ve ever dined at? No, & I would not even return as the 10% tip added left a foul taste in my mouth. Still waiting for a refund
