Bloom is the most under appreciated gem of a cafe/ristorante I’ve ever come across. It sits very comfortably in Potts Point and it has just the chillest, italian cafe feel to it. It’s got so much character with the decoration and the waitstaff is just lovely. Giulia took care of me both times, but I ended up talking to most of them, including owner Valentino and I can say with utmost confidence they all love what they do. Even if bloom is just a stop along the way for many of the waitresses. They just take so much pride in the italian experience. I cannot recommend the Potato Gnocchi enough. The handmade pasta is pillowy and delicately balanced with their traditional tomato sauce, and the fried eggplants, something I never thought I’d like, were such a unique touch that rounded out the flavors profile of the dish very nicely. The tiramisu is exceptional. Soft, deeply soaked lady fingers with sublime layers of subtly sweet mascarpone, but man that espresso hits you right in the mouth in the best way. As an added bonus, their outdoor setup when it’s warmer is equally aesthetically pleasurable, and help y’all get a table easier! I can say during the winter, it’s definitely harder to get in due to its cafe by day gimmick. Must visit.

I celebrated my birthday at Bloom Potts Point and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire planning process was seamless, and the team was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and attentive every step of the way. A special thank you to Mauro, who made everything so easy and ensured every detail was taken care of. The food was absolutely outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service throughout the evening was exceptional. All of my guests commented on how fantastic the venue, food, and staff were. Thank you to Mauro and the entire Bloom team for helping make my birthday celebration so memorable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Bloom for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion

Service from Yasmin made for a very special uplifting dinner even though it was a quick dinner. Chef said the Octopus for the Ragu Pasta had arrived the same day - it was fresh with beautiful freshly made pasta. Cabbie understate the joy a perfectly toasted slice of sourdough (crusty and soft) with pear, gorgonzola and honey. Thank you, will be back! So pretty too with fresh flowers at every table.

Blooms was super sweet... Coffee was really good. And that's coming from someone who is super fussy when it comes to good coffee. The breakfast was really delicious -done with their own little twist. I'm super keen to go back and try their pasta and tiramisu.

Last dinner at Bloom was perfect. The location is beautiful, curated in every detail. We enjoyed a classical Aperol Spritz, followed by Soave white wine. We chose a selection of entrées and my fav ones were the focaccia and the sordough with Gorgonzola , pear & honey. Main was homemade maltagliati with 4 cheeses and mushrooms. Simply delicious. Closing dinner with a tiramisu is always a must. 5 out of 5!
