The staff are lovely and the food (and wine) is incredible. The pumpkin rigatoni was one of the best pasta dishes I've had. I think it's great value too.

We had the best experience at Busta, food was absolutely delicious, every single dish packed with flavour. The staff who we met, Tom and Claire were so attentive and knowledgeable regarding the menu. Was so lovely chatting to them both and they really made our experience special.

Nice restaurant with a small menu, which is actually a big advantage — it makes choosing easy. Everything we tried was delicious, especially the pasta with clams.

If horribly undercooked pasta is your thing (and I’m not talking al dente) and you don’t mind tasting nothing but salt, then Busta is the place to go! Overpriced, tiny portions, and a very limited selection of flavourless dishes make this dining experience underwhelming at best. The service was equally poor with no interest in appeasing unhappy guests with muddled up orders. They were clearly having a bad night the first time we dined at Busta - a chaotic Saturday night, but our second visit was far worse, despite it being a quiet mid-week night. Most disappointing! While the food failed dismally to impress on both occasions, I will give credit to the excellent wine which we enjoyed.

Belinda Carlisle wrote “heaven is a place on earth” - I think she was talking about busta Manly. Quite possibly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had in my Life, and now they have done it twice. Do yourself a favour - try the best food and service in Sydney. I’ll be back to see you legends again soon. Claire, tom and Perin. Thank you so so much.
