🍸 The Atmosphere Dolce Fiori caught my attention from across the street and I immediately understood why. This place is unapologetically over the top in the best possible way. Think old-school Italian glamour, neon lights, lava lamps, Aperol everywhere, live music touches and romantic restaurant vibes that feel like stepping into another era. 🌹 The Details It's clear there is a lot of love and attention behind every corner of this venue. The styling is incredible, from the walls lined with Aperol bottles to the floral displays, piano and quirky décor throughout. Even the bathrooms are an experience, complete with thoughtful extras like perfume, hair styling tools and other amenities. The large Martini mural outside adds even more personality and flair. 🍋 The Food & Drinks We were only after a light snack, so I ordered a Limoncello Spritz and the burrata, while my son opted for the loaded fries. The spritz was excellent and the burrata was enjoyable, although it had quite a lot happening on the plate. Unfortunately the fries were a little disappointing as they lacked the crispness we were expecting and seemed slightly undercooked. 💡 Good to Know Based on this visit, I think the venue deserves a return trip to properly explore the main menu. The atmosphere and attention to detail alone make it worth experiencing. ⭐ Final Thoughts The food didn't quite wow me as much as the décor, but the venue itself is unforgettable. If you appreciate restaurants with personality, theatrical styling and a touch of old-school Italian romance, Dolce Fiori is worth a visit for the experience alone.

We booked a bottomless brunch to get the girls together and celebrate an engagement. Mario and Sabrina were SO much fun - they got involved in the fun and went above and beyond for service. The food was delicious, so much of it, and the drinks didn't stop flowing. 10/10 recommend

I was wanting to try on this place during our day in Australia. I won’t lie. It was the aesthetics that brought me in but it was the food that really sold it. The owner is very personable and will sit down with guest and have a polite chat. The interior was really cute and aesthetic. We got there during happy hour and had the vodka pasta and the chilli sauce (I believe it was) really made it, because it gave it such a nice. This was definitely one of my favourite vodka pastas I’ve ate. I loved the cheeky names of the dishes. It was overall just a really fun vibe.

Such a fab Italian restaurant! Food delish and cocktails very tasty particularly the Bailey's one! Very vibey venue with cool decor. Tiramisiu was decadent!! Nearly fell out of our seats with the warm pistachio donuts though!! 😍 Holy mother of God!! Lovely owner definitely adds to the vibe!

We travelled down from Port Stephens after doing an embarrassing amount of research and let me tell you… Dolce Fiori absolutely delivered. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, welcoming and the atmosphere struck that perfect balance of relaxed and special. The food? Unreal. The garlic prawns were packed with flavour and cooked beautifully. The zucchini salad was fresh, vibrant and the perfect accompaniment to the richer dishes. The beef bresaola was exceptional – simple, quality ingredients done incredibly well. And the prosciutto pizza? Quite possibly one of the best we’ve had. Perfectly cooked, generous toppings and the kind of pizza that has you planning your next visit before you’ve even finished the last slice. As someone who researches restaurants thoroughly before committing to the drive, I can confidently say Dolce Fiori exceeded expectations. It was absolutely worth the trip from Port Stephens and we won’t hesitate to return. If you’re considering booking a table, this is your sign. Stop reading reviews and go. You won’t be disappointed.
