Absolutely loved dining here. From being greeted by Mervyn, who was friendly and welcoming. The booth was great. Plenty of room and it wasn’t a struggle to get in. We had the mushroom arancini, garlic bread and baby octopus as entrees and the Chicken Boscaiola & Seafood Risotto as our mains. The food was all delicious and amazing. Beautifully portioned and all equally delectable. 💯 we will be returning. Best meal out ever. Ambience, Vibe, Staff, Food, Music everything was 10/10.
Lusso Buffet has recently taken over the old buffet spot in Blacktown and presents itself as a more modern upgrade. The venue itself does look better than before. It’s brighter, more open and has a cleaner, updated feel. That said, some of the older chairs and carpet are still there, which throws off the overall look a bit and makes it feel half-renovated rather than completely refreshed. As for the food, it was average in my opinion. There were a few decent options, but I personally found the selection a bit limited for a buffet. A lot of the dishes leaned towards being quite heavy and oily, with plenty of carbs and not much that felt light or fresh. I was especially disappointed with the honey chicken. I waited for a fresh batch to come out, but when it did it was overcooked, quite burnt in parts and extremely sticky with barely any actual chicken inside. It just wasn’t enjoyable. Overall, it’s not terrible, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype for me.
I recently graduated and had booked a dinner reservation for 20people. Everything was absolutely stunning. The set menu ordered were delivered to perfection. The ambience and aura of the place was just amazing. Had our moments there and they really gave us ample time. The staff were very kind and respectful. My guests absolutely loved everything about the place and would highly recommend. Thank you @ Jasmin she coordinated everything. Thank you I had a memorable moment there.
Great food! Efficient. Mervyn was our server and he was so lovely. Just recently rediscovered this place and have been back a few times now. Definitely recommend!
Nice restaurant in the Blacktown workers club. The server Mervyn was fantastic and friendly, the food was good too the Arancici was a nice starter and the Risotto was a winner. The churros for dessert were also a nice finish to the meal. It's good value for what it is and a good option if your having a family outing.
