Visited over the weekend for a late lunch and had such a nice experience. We tried the beautiful fresh pasta and focaccia meatballs, and everything was delicious. The sauce of the fettuccine boscaiola was absolutely perfect. It had so much flavour without being overly salty or too rich. The focaccia was incredible too. I could happily eat it on its own. So fresh, soft and full of flavour. The service felt very homely and welcoming, and we really appreciated the gesture of offering us a heater while we sat outside. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable and looked after. We’re already looking forward to coming back for more fresh pasta (how lucky and dangerous to have this nearby!). There are so many sauces we’d love to try next, along with the other focaccia options like Parma and Caprese, and the rest of the side dishes! Can’t wait for our next visit 🤤

Pasta Mad is an Italian restaurant in Alexandria. We were driving by when we quickly decided to stop for lunch. And discovered that they are known for their handmade pasta & focaccia, made with quality ingredients & traditional recipes. It is a small restaurant that offers handmade pasta such as fettuccine, boscaiola with tomato sauce, eggplant, meatball pasta with rich tomato sauce & melted cheese, and focaccia sandwiches, along with fresh gnocchi. (Their Thursday night special includes two pasta dishes of your choice for $32). Glad that we stopped by for a meal, the pasta & gnocchi were so delicious, with a fresh salad of tomatoes, olives & vinegar. And freshly baked garlic bread. Definitly a little somewhat hidden gem. Nice & friendly service, a homely atmosphere & lovely Italian music in the background - this is a place that requires multiple visits ⭐️

Love this place to enjoy delicious homemade pasta and other Italian dishes. Their Boscaiola is a must try along with any type of available Focaccia on the day (please order a whole one, truste me you will eat it). Finally I just want to mention theirs prices are so reasonable almost unreal for Sydney. Service is quite Casula and simple. You will see lots of locals enjoying food outside.

We work around the corner and we’ve been coming here for months, more than once a week and our staff love it. The best pasta in Sydney! They even accommodated when we brought a big group of about 20 people (they’ll brought out extra tables and chairs for us). Lovely people as well and great service!
