As a local, my husband and I cannot believe we have not made this restaurant a regular of ours sooner! The pizzas were so big, full of toppings and tasted so fresh! I would say they are made on-par with what we ate in Italy. The service is very friendly and the ambience is so authentic. The venue is spacious and homey. The gelato flavours were also unique and the texture was just perfect! It is a shame we weren’t drinking this particular evening but the wines are very well priced and good quality judging from the wine list. We are excited to visit again soon and try their pastas and tiramisu as well.
Came for dinner on New Years eve before the fireworks and we were really impressed. Had a seafood pasta that was full of seafood and the sweetest cherry tomatoes, and a spicy pancetta pizza which had a proper puffy base. Good Italian wines. The mango sorbet is the BEST I’ve ever tasted because they use real mango to make it. The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere in the restaurant had a sense of fun. Read all the chalk boards for a laugh.
My goodness!! As Italian and pizza lover i had my eyes full of tears while eating...best pizza ever. I had the "Salsiccia and Friarielli" and my girlfriend the "Rucola", both great. After the pizza the gelato was a dream of flavours ( Tiramisú, Mandarino and Mango) and me and my girlfriend were smiling like little kids at each spoon. Great customer service and Roberto makes you feel like at home. It's so sad we've to go back to Adelaide otherwise we would come for dinner at least once per week.
We stumbled upon this place for a casual meal and were pleasantly surprised! The black pizza was really unique — rich in flavor and the cheese was super aromatic and tasty. The interior decor was also special, with funny and creative messages written on the chalkboard walls, which added a fun vibe. Overall, a great little spot with good food and character. Definitely worth a try!
