I had a wonderful dining experience at Pizzeria da Alfredo Repole in Glebe. Their pizzas are incredibly fresh and flavorful. My favorite dish is the truffle gnocchi, which is absolutely delicious and rich in taste. The seafood pasta is also outstanding, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Complement meals well with fresh salads, making it a complete and satisfying meal. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine!
- seafood pasta + wood fire pizza with anchovies (with san marzano base). i like pasta here as they have minimal sauce but really stick to the pasta. pizza topping is super balanced - staff are super friendly, i love how he keep asking and raising 👌 - atmosphere is very cozy, with a big elevator for pizza
Such an unexpected find - a really good restaurant in our neighbourhood. Delicious food, friendly service. I only wish there was a smaller pizza size available - I ordered the smallest size (13 inches I think? Also why is it not in cm - we’re in Australia) - but I had to pack half of mine to eat later. It is delicious, but way too big.
Exceptional service and attention! The server was very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. Very authentic tasting pizzas and do well presented. We enjoyed all of them! Truffle polenta chips were great as well.
Woodfire Pizza.. what could go wrong? Cozy and warm shop. Looks like they do heapsnof takeaways as well. Friendly staff, boss came up to say hello, pizzas were perfect. Cappricciosa was tastey,red wine on point. Winner winner.
