I had a fantastic experience. Came here for a light dinner and some drinks. Drinks were nice and refreshing, and the food was excellent. I only had some entrée and pasta but they were both delicious, and definitely ticked the light dinner checkbox very nicely. The decor looks nice and the atmosphere was lovely. Service was friendly too. Perhaps next time I will try the wood-fired pizzas. Highly recommended.

Came here for a quick feed before going to the cinema, and was very pleasantly surprised with how good the food was! Had been intending to visit for what feels like a decade now, but never made it in. As one of the few places open in that awkward lunch-dinner lull period (4-5:30pm), it provides a great option for people trying to catch a 6pm screening at Hoyts. We ordered the crab tagliatelle and ravioli, both of which were spectacular. The ravioli sauce was delectable - not sure what's in it (just says 3 varieties of tomato), but it has a great umami flavour. They give you a tonne of ravioli too! Sizeable helpings, and service was quick considering the time of visit. Only issue was the tables for 2-seaters were rickety from missing feet on the legs. Was a bit annoying. Will definitely come again to try out more of the menu 😊

Tried SMC’s new Bottomless Lunch today and was blown away, the service, the menu and the drink selection was amazing for only $89pp! Absolutely recommended grabbing your mates and heading in for an unforgettable (boozy) afternoon. We will definitely be back!! 🤩

We were craving pasta so we decided to give this place a go. The outdoor table was very dirty - I wiped it down myself. The water bottle brought to the table was also dirty. The service was exceedingly slow and actually almost nonexistent at around 7:30 on a Wednesday night. We had to keep getting up to go inside to ask for things. My pasta - the pesto gnocchi, was overcooked to mush and in a watery, bland sauce full of crunchy broccoli stems. My husband said his pappardelle was just OK. About 5 minutes after getting our food we went inside to see if we could order some bread to go with the meal. It then took 20 minutes for that bread to appear at the table. It was the only tasty thing we experienced, but it came when our food was cold and we were fully over it about the whole thing. For a $150 dinner out I think this place could do much better in all of the ways. I urge the cooks to actually taste what they are cooking to perhaps realize that seasoning is needed? That things are not overcooked or undercooked? I urge the waitstaff to check on their tables within minutes of receiving their food. These are restaurants basics. It is highly unlikely that we will return to give this place another shot.
