my go to Italian place during the week! They have a special deal on Tuesday and Wednesday, all pastas and pizzas half price! including seafood. The portion is large. Usually I never make a booking and there is always a table for 2. I would definitely recommend this place
This place is an absolute gem. The food is consistently great, and the service is always excellent. I was seriously impressed by how generous the portions are, especially given how affordable it is. You definitely get your money's worth here. Will absolutely be back!
While staying in Sydney, my wife and I were looking for a genuine Italian restaurant. We found The Grampy Italian not far from where we were staying in Leichhardt, just down from the corner of Marlborough Street and Norton Street. We sat down and my wife enjoyed a lychee martini — she said it was beautifully made and refreshing. I had an Italian beer called Birra Moretti, which I really liked; it was a nice, smooth beer. For a starter, we shared the arancini con Gorgonzola (fried rice balls stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese). They were finger-licking good. For the main, my wife had the fettuccine ragu — it was so good she had to order some more takeaway two nights later. I had the scaloppini veal saltimbocca, which was absolutely delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal. The friendly, helpful service goes above and beyond and creates a truly relaxing Italian atmosphere, with great drinks and fantastic food. My wife and I highly recommend giving it a try.
Went here on a Saturday night for dinner. We ordered the 4 cheese gnocchi and fettucine boscaiola - so good and flavourful, and very generous portion sizes with very reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and efficient - the service of this place alone probably makes it worth going to! Definitely made our trip to Little Italy (Leichhardt) worth it.
Friend and I had a meal here before the Tigers game Thursday night and it was spectacular. Service, atmosphere, food all 10 outta 10. Will definitely be back when in the area. Highly recommend. Thank you for a delicious meal
