I ordered noodles today, expecting a simple meal for my family. While eating, I was shocked to find tiny metal pieces mixed inside the noodles. The first thought that hit me was — what if my child had eaten this accidentally? A small child would never notice dangerous metal bits hidden in food. Those sharp pieces could have seriously injured their mouth, throat, or stomach. Just imagining that possibility is terrifying as a parent. Food from a restaurant should be safe and properly checked before serving. This kind of negligence could have caused a major medical emergency. I’m deeply disturbed thinking about how close this could have come to harming my kid. Thankfully I noticed it in time, but this should never happen to any family.
It's a nice cozy place. Food was tasty. The pricing was quite reasonable. I would love to visit again Not too great if you are a big group though and want to eat in.
I ordered delivery from Asuka today and I am so happy to say it was the best Japanese food I've tasted!!! The chicken was nice and crispy, the soup tasted amazing and the ramen was delicious. the service was fast. I will be ordering here again :)
I was really disappointed with my experience. The store’s advertised opening time is 9:30am, but when I arrived at 10:20am hoping to buy some sushi rolls to take home for the kids’ lunch later that day, there was nothing available for purchase. The staff were still in the process of making the rolls, despite being open for nearly an hour. To me, an opening time suggests that customers can walk in and be served, not that food preparation is only just getting underway. After waiting until well past opening time, I expected at least some stock to be ready. Unfortunately, I left empty-handed. I can’t comment on the quality of the food because there was nothing available to buy.
Wife requested we eat here and spend our mother’s day lunch, was a bit of a drive from our place but it was definitely worth it! We love the ramen noodles and pork salad. Service was good and staff are great, they’re Filipino as well! Will definitely come back soon.
