Great casual Japanese restaurant. Many different options for hot or cold meals. Small but comfortable inside and super friendly staff. Lunch today was excellent - the Teriyaki salmon is delicious and the brown rice was super tasty.
I love brown rice so just had to try this place. My salmon poke bowl and tuna sushi roll, all with brown rice, were delicious!! And the staff was so friendly and generous😉
My sister and I dropped into Brown Rice Sushi tonight, unannounced, to celebrate our dad’s birthday with my toddler nephew in tow (and a mud cake!). The staff were so kind and welcoming, and they even played a song while I brought the cake out, clapping and singing along. They gave my nephew a sweet little flower too, which absolutely made his night. The food was incredible!!! Extremely generous portions, amazing quality, and very reasonably priced. The tuna sashimi was a standout, along with the rolls pictured (I can’t remember if these were the tiger rolls or the volcano rolls, sorry!) and the karaage chicken. It’s such a lovely small business with a genuine, hospitable team. Highly recommend checking it out, and we’ll definitely be back!

Best Salomon Salad I have had in years. Such kind staff, and quick service. I’ll be back the moment I’m in Sydney again.
