We had a wonderful experience at Hanasuki restaurant! We ordered the Wagyu chuck roll Shabu Shabu, plus oysters, everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The meat was tender, the vegetables were fresh, and the soup base was full of flavour which made a really good Zousui. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Japanese food and a good Shabu Shabu experience.

Lovely staff throughout. Great food selections and great place too. Not too crowded and can easily talk amongst ourselves. We'll likely to come back to try their set course.

Hanasuki is my family’s favourite restaurant, the food is delicious, the vibe is relaxing, and the service is exceptional,the moment we accidentally dropped a piece of cutlery, a staff member was already handing us a new one before we even had a chance to ask. Today was my child’s birthday, he asked to celebrate it at Hanasuki, the team surprised him with a birthday cake at the end of our meal, complete with “Happy Birthday” written on it. It was so nice and made his day. Thank you to the wonderful team for the amazing food and warm hospitality.

A quite popular Shabu Shabu in Chatswood and about 3 mins walk from Chatswood Station. Need to book seats in advance. Beautiful meat fresh veggies, authentic Japanese flavor! We tried A4 and A5 wagyu. You kind of feel like you all sit in a Tokyo restaurant . Great for family or friends gatherings😃
