Visited recently and had a really enjoyable experience. We tried the 12-piece omakase, which features a chef’s selection of seasonal seafood and daily catches. Everything tasted fresh, and some of our favourites were the otoro, uni, tuna cheek, scampi and salmon belly. We also ordered a couple of the open rolls. The foie gras and engawa open roll was rich and balanced, while the negi toro and uni open roll was fresh and full of flavour. A nice touch was the sushi train that delivers your order directly to your table. It’s a fun feature that makes the dining experience a little more unique. Overall, the quality of the seafood was excellent for the price, and the staff were friendly. If you’re after a good-value omakase or quality sushi in the area, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Visited Hashi Sushi in Macquarie Park and look how cute this is! 🥺🚄🍣 Simply scan the QR code, place your order on your phone, and a mini bullet train delivers the food directly to your table. It is definitely a fun and unique dining experience. The sushi was fresh, and there were plenty of different plates to choose from. With prices starting from just $4, it offers great value for money. If you are visiting Macquarie Park, this is a fun place to try, especially for sushi lovers and families.

Loved the new Juuni-Kan Sushi Set! It’s super fresh, delicious, and great value at $68 for 12 pieces of the chef’s special sushi. Every piece tasted high quality and was beautifully presented. They also have a huge range of regular sushi train options, so there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re after the signature set or just grabbing a few plates, it’s a great sushi train with plenty of variety. Definitely worth a visit!

We had lunch at this place twice within a week apart and tried two types of dishes. The first time we had the sushi train experience where we got variety of sushi and sashimi plates 🍣. We like the experience since sushi train restaurant is rare nowadays in Sydney and the fish varieties and quality were very good. The second visit allowed us to try their non sushi train dishes where you have to order through the waiting staff members. We got chirashi don, ebi tempura udon, and karaage 🍜 washed with nice Japanese beer 🍺. They stocked Suntory, Asahi Super Dry and Kirin Ichiban beer brands 👍 and all good for me. Prices on the menu varies depending the type of protein you ordered. They have premium special sushi with wagyu beef and toro (blue-fin tuna) cuts you can order. The fish quality were generally good, though not so much for non-fish protein. In general, the meal here costs quite high but still offers the best value for your money if you're looking for reasonably good quality sushi train experience. Customer service is quite good for the location and type of establishment. You can pay with credit cards, but I usually pay by cash and get their 5% discount on bill amount.

We had such a fantastic family experience at Hashi Sushi in Macquarie Park! The new $68 Juuni-Kan Omakase set is high-quality, chef-curated, and incredible value. The sushi train delivery kept our kids entertained, and the fire truck kids' meal was a huge hit. It’s the perfect spot for a delicious, stress-free family outing.
