Absolutely loved my experience at HinoJuni! The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. Every dish we ordered was prepared with great attention to detail, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner or a special occasion. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. If you're looking for authentic Japanese cuisine in Sydney, I highly recommend HinoJuni. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu!

I did not enjoy the food here, it was decent but nothing special. The sushi did not seem fresh, the beef in the bulgogi udon was tough and dry and the teriyaki chicken in the teriyaki chicken bento box was SO sweet I almost didn’t want to finish it. It’s possible I came on a bad day but based on the food that day I wouldn’t be in a rush to go back as there are lots of other options in the area
Quite disappointed with the $20 "sashimi" salad bowl which was just 95% vege and only 4 measly slices of sashimi. Like really?! Felt very ripped off. In response to the owners reply, 5 doesnt make it all that much better considering the price and disproportionate amount of lettuce and other fillers.
This is a new discovery. North Sydney on Saturday night does not offer alot- this place is worth discovering. The food is excellent, the staff are all smiles and the is prices pre-Covid!
