Overall this was a very disappointing and underwhelming experience. From the minute we arrived we felt rushed, not to mention the ambiance was hot and noisy on what was a very warm evening. Maybe some air conditioning would have made it more tolerable. Fully understand its popular with kids. As for the food, the preparation lacked any seasoning or taste and whilst the ingredients were fresh, the portions were very very small. Short of the egg throw there was very little display and our chef was somewhat austere. There are much better options of this style of restaurant, we won't be returning.
Went for my daughter's 16th. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Food was lovely and chef amazing fun.
We had a 6pm booking for our family tonight. When I made the booking, no one mentioned that we needed to be out by 7pm. After sitting down when we got there, we were asked to move as they had a booking coming at 630pm which wasn’t a problem. The food came quickly, very quickly, it felt so rushed. We ordered the set menu, the salad course was made up of a small piece of iceberg lettuce chopped up with a dressing - not that impressive especially for the price. They were taking away plates, including the ones my children were still eating from, trying to get us to finish. Really not impressed by the service and felt more like a fast food joint. To be told they needed our table at 7pm because they had another booking at 650pm wasn’t the best way to finish. If you want to relax and enjoy your night out with family and friends, this is probably not the place.
This place is tremendously unassuming from the outside and we'd driven past many times. It's a great little spot it turns out. The staff are friendly and very helpful with the kids (both under 6) and the food was lovely and plentiful. Best part the kids ate absolutely everything! We had the set menu C and the kids both had the kids set menu, which worked out great. We'll definitely be back
