I've been coming here since 1995, a local favourite. The ramen noodles have always been consistently well cooked and delicious. No matter how busy they are, Nomo-san and his team are always all-smiling, professional, courteous and attentive! Highly recommended! 👍

I’ve been eating at Ichiban Boshi in Bondi Junction for 25 years, from its old location on Oxford Street to the new one. Even after not coming back for three years, the flavour and texture have never changed. It’s still cooked by the same chef—the man and the lady who somehow look just the same as they did 25 years ago. My order is always miso ramen Tokyo ramen or tantanmen, extra egg and chashu. I just want to say thank you to both of them for feeding me for the past 25 years.

One of the best ramen 🍜 in Sydney I haven’t been tested Japanese or Chinese ramen there but this one it’s really yummy.

Went here for lunch, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. We ordered the Tsukemen Ramen, but the noodles were overcooked—soft and lacking the firm, springy texture that’s essential for a good tsukemen, especially since they’re served dry. The dipping broth was unusually tangy, almost sour, which threw off the balance of the dish. At $20.90 a bowl, I was hoping for something more refined. Service was fine, and the place was clean, but the food just didn’t quite hit the mark.
