The steamed dishes in wooden boxes were fresh and light, perfect for a fat-loss diet. The fried udon was also very tasty with a nice chewy texture. I would come back again!
Been wanting to try this place for a while after noticed them from IG. We had the steam box which is quite delicious but the portion is on the smaller end. The salmon sashimi is veey fresh and great in taste. Friendly staff service but the venue at dinner time is a bit too dark a casual meal.
Everything tasted amazing, and the ingredients were super fresh. The sashimi really stood out, delicate, sweet, and top quality. The overall concept felt quite unique, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
We visited as a family of two adults and one child. Before ordering, we asked the server whether the large Wagyu steamed box would be enough for the three of us, and we were told that it would. Unfortunately, when the dish arrived, the portion was much smaller than we expected. There was only a limited amount of beef and 3 small prawn, while the bottom layer was filled mostly with cheap bean sprouts. The vegetables included just two pieces of bok choy, three slices of pumpkin, a few cabbage leaves, three small purple sweet potato rice cakes, and only three enoki beef rolls. For $95, we expected significantly better value and a much more generous serving of Wagyu. We don’t mind paying premium prices for quality food, but the portion size and the balance of ingredients were disappointing. Based on our experience, this dish did not represent good value for money.
Got takeaway for lunch & the Grouper Sashimi 다금바리 was so fresh, clean & premium! 🌟 You know it’s good when your Dad’s impressed ☺️ He said “soooo delicious” 😋 I usually have Shabu Shabu 샤브샤브, Hinoki Steam Box 편백찜 & DIY Rice Paper Roll (Wollamssam 월남쌈) here, but it was my 1st time trying their sashimi & I think it’s the best in Strathfield 👍 Can’t wait to try their other sashimi 🐟
