One of my favourite ramen spots in Sydney CBD! ๐Ÿœ Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba is right near Bridge St light rail stop and the location is super convenient. The atmosphere is always really lively, especially at night. Sitting outside with the music and city vibe feels so relaxing. Their ramen is honestly so flavourful and comforting. I tried the Tan Tan Ramen and the Kokoro Tonkotsu Ramen this time โ€” both were amazing. The Tan Tan Ramen had a rich sesame and meat flavour with a little bit of spice, but not overpowering. The noodles had a great texture and stayed perfectly chewy. The Tonkotsu Ramen was more classic Japanese style, with a creamy broth that was rich without feeling too heavy. The pork was generous and tender, and the bamboo shoots balanced everything really well.

One of the best ramen spots Iโ€™ve tried in Sydney lately ๐Ÿœ Theyโ€™re actually famous for Mazesoba (dry mixed noodles) and the handmade noodles have such a chewy texture. The sauce coats the noodles really well and everything mixes together perfectly. Tried the Tonkotsu Ramen and the broth was rich but not too heavy, super comforting on a cold day. The Tan Tan Ramen had a nice spicy sesame flavour too. If itโ€™s your first time, definitely try their signature mazesoba ๐Ÿ‘€โœจ

Great spot for weekday lunch in the CBD. The MAZESOBA was tasty with plenty of toppings, and the Mentai cream version was my favourite. We also tried a few sides and tantan and tonkotsu ramen, which were perfect for the cold winter. The restaurant was busy with office workers at lunchtime, but service was efficient and we were seated quickly. Itโ€™s just a short walk from Bridge Street light rail stop and Circular Quay. The entrance is upstairs, so keep an eye out for the sign if itโ€™s your first visit.

Came here for the new ramen launch and was seriously impressed. The Tonkatsu Ramen has a beautifully rich broth, and the Tan-Tan Ramen has just the right level of spice. The dry mazesoba is also a must-try โ€” super unique texture and flavour. The spot is a little hidden inside Grosvenor Place but absolutely worth finding. Great vibe and generous portions

Calling all noodle lovers in The Rocks! Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba is the perfect after-work spot for a satisfying carb fix. The **Mala Mazesoba** packs a deliciously spicy punch with its rich, numbing sauce coating perfectly chewy noodles. For ultimate indulgence, the **Cheese Mazesoba** is incredibly rich and creamy. Don't miss the surprisingly addictive **Truffle Chips** and the refreshing **Watermelon Chuhai** cocktail. A top choice for flavorful, comforting bowls and a relaxed vibe.
