Loved this place, have come here many many many times over the years and I think the quality actually recently started getting better. The only negative things I have to say which are pretty nitpicky is that the music kinda distracts from eating as it’s kinda weird 2010’s throwbacks and the pricing is quite expensive for what it is. Apart from that I’ll probably be back here many times as the food is pretty good and many other good options are in the CBD and aren’t local.

TLDR: ramen is okay, portion was generous First time visiting this restaurant. Dropped by early on a Sunday morning. Ordered the Kogashi Ninniku Ramen for $18 which is a recommended item on their menu. Food was slow to come out. Took around 20mins. The other customer that came in after and seated next to us got their bento meal before us so not sure how they prioritise their orders. The broth was a bit bland but luckily they have chilli flakes, chilli oil and soy sauce sitting at each table. The roast pork looked boiled and was overcooked and tough. The onsen egg was also slight overcooked and lacked colour. They were pretty generous with the roasted garlic but a lot of the time it would stick to my teeth whilst eating. The portion was rather large for the price and the restaurant was generally quite busy. Overall, it wasn’t too bad. I’d probably pass on the ramen and try the bento next time

Came here for a meal and had a mixed experience. The noodles themselves were quite good, but the broth was fairly average (mid) and didn't have much depth. There was an issue with our order being wrong, but the staff were incredibly kind and apologetic, quickly resolving the mistake by bringing out a fresh bowl, which we appreciated. The service was good. Dishes came out together, and the waiting time was average (not too fast or slow). The atmosphere is regular, but it's nice and quiet enough to hold a conversation. Solid service, but the food was just okay.

Suuuuper yummy meat selections, and a pretty good portion size for each dish. Only bad part was the seat I sat on was super sticky from the oil splashing off the barbecue😭

It was a total of 3 of us. We ordered the party platter for two, plus beef Wagyu ramen and also the double-size curry with rice. We still had to get takeaway for the rice curry because it was so big. Delicious and fresh
