I visited on Sunday, May 31, at around 4:30 PM. There were two male staff members and one female staff member working. Even though I had a table number, my food was never brought to my table. The food had apparently been sitting there ready, but no one called my number or attempted to serve it. Instead, the two male staff members were busy chatting in their native language while the food was left unattended. It seemed that the female staff member was the only one actually preparing and managing the food. When I eventually went to collect my order myself, one of the male staff members, while continuing his conversation, tried to hand me a hot bowl and spoon directly. The other male staff member then reluctantly gave me a dirty tray and expected me to transfer the bowl onto it myself and carry everything back to my table. The female staff member was polite and wished me an enjoyable meal, but the two male staff members did not greet me at all and continued chatting throughout the interaction. The only staff member who seemed to be doing her job was the female employee. The two male staff members spent their time chatting while ignoring customers and basic service standards. This was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I have had.

I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent dining experience. Unfortunately, my order was incomplete because the male staff member who took my order failed to record all items correctly and did not repeat the order back to me for confirmation. In addition, the staff member appeared unprepared for work and provided service that came across as quite rude. The food service was also very slow. When one of the dishes arrived damaged, no replacement was offered, which was disappointing. Overall, the level of customer service fell well below expectations, and I hope appropriate training and improvements can be made to prevent similar issues in the future.

Chicken is super burnt and you still serve customer with this burnt level. The seaweed supposed to be crispy but you put underneath burnt chicken, so it’s so soft and bad texture. If you could a bit take little bittttt of care, will be totally different. I’m not happy with my meal.

went there on 2 for 1 deal and it was amazinggg. the sandwiches are soo good and filling. and the staff was really great! loved it🌻

Free icecream if you leave a good review. They don’t care about the quality of the food - customer next to me had to get her dish re made as they served her clumped up old noodles, and they didn’t express any surprise or regret - this must be often for them that customers arent happy. My curry was ok but for $16.95, not worth it. Pretty average but the tofu is good.
