Most amazing sushi!! So under rated in my opinion. The cooked tuna is some of the best I’ve had. So so fresh and tasty
Great place to visit with freshly made sushi rolls. You can select food from the train or order from the menu. The vegetarian, prawn and pork dumplings are also delicious. Staff are ALWAYS ready to help you by giving you suggestions or organising a table outside. It’s very popular even during week nights. I call ahead to ensure I have a table outside under a heater as it’s getting cooler. You’ve got to try their Sake… especially the warm version!
We’ve been here a few times and every experience has been fantastic. We haven’t tried the sushi train but have ordered from the menu. Tempura prawns, fresh made sushi and sashimi plate all excellent quality and service friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Love this little local Japanese restaurant in Balmain. The staff are always so lovely and they make the best king prawn tempura on the planet 😍!
