I could not speak more highly of this place even if I could. We booked my son's baptism lunch for about 45 people (Islanders just to add lol) on 21.06.26 and Preet and her stuff exceeded our expectations. Customer service was amazing, food was fresh, delicious and with the amount of people at our event plus other customers who were also there for lunch the food was delivered quickly and efficiently. Preet also allowed us to bring in some McDonald's for our picky baby eaters and was so accommodating from booking, to setting up our space and allowing us to have our cake table and decorations 😀 It was everyones first time here and everyone at our baptism lunch left full and 100% satisfied speaking very highly of their dining experience so yous have definitely gained 40+ returning customers in the future. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou to Preet and her team here and Camden Okami for making our sons baptism lunch run so smoothly 100% reccomend!!!!
Saturday night, all you can eat, and boy did we eat. The food was amazing, huge selection to choose from, served very fast even though the joint was packed. Everyone left full and very happy. Drink pricing very reasonable. I enjoyed a few warm Sake's which complemented the food very well. The atmosphere was great the staff friendly. Cant wait to go back.
Preet was so lovely and incredibly accommodating. She was kind, patient, and took such great care of us all night, which made our experience 10 times better. We really appreciated her hospitality and the effort she put into making sure everything was perfect. The food was also amazing — especially the chicken sausages and the sashimi. It’s honestly hard to find such good quality at such a great price these days. Highly recommend!
The food quality is just safe to eat. Authentic?Forget about it. There are no real mains in the all you can eat menu. All dishes are side dishes to be honest. Can't expect more for this price.
Had the pleasure of dining at Okami for the first time on Monday. The restaurant was very spacious and offered ample seating options. We were after a pram friendly set-up and the manager (Sushant) was very accommodating. We opted for the buffet dining experience which was $42.80/pp. Sushant was very helpful and guided us through how the ordering process worked since it was our first time there. Being the first ones there when the restaurant opened up at 5.30pm, the food came out very fresh. They offered 45 dishes to choose from as part of the buffet menu. Great variety offered in terms of beef/chicken/side dishes. Their crispy chicken and salmon crunch sushi rolls were very yummy. However, the sashimi on offer was only raw salmon (this had to be ordered as a platter containing other sushi varieties, not a stand alone dish). Something to consider if you are a sashimi lover and was expecting an array of choices, you may want to consider elsewhere. If you don't mind and enjoy the traditional Japanese dishes then it's not a bad dining experience. I can definitely vouch that the service from Sushant is top notch as he checked in throughout our time there to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. Keep up the amazing work!
