Lots of crowd pleasers on the menu, savoury and sweet. We were here for dinner and went with a selection of don. Choosing the protein/topping along with choice of sauce took time given the range. I ended up choosing soft shell crab, the deep fried batter looking darker and less textural than I had hoped. The sauce together with onsen egg gave the dish more ‘juice’. The flavours didn’t quite stand out, but it’s fair for a fast turn around meal. Glad we booked a table for Saturday night as it was busy. Service was alright, good for any group size.
Dinner was fantastic. Great service and quick service. The lady who served us asked about when our show started at the concourse to ensure we got our orders in time. Really appreciated that! The food was delicious and portion sizes were great!! Loved the drinks too. Will return. The matcha ramen was not what I expected, I really enjoyed it.
loved the whole washoku Journey experience here 🇯🇵✨ It’s such a fun spot to explore different Japanese flavours all in one visit, from wagyu mains and matcha drinks to desserts and sake tastings. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the limited edition merchandise was such a cute touch too. Definitely a great place for a little Japan getaway!
Love how I can get al log my jap foods in one spot. Really loved the truffle Wagyu ramen and the Wagyu don. It's on the pricier side of their menu but so good. Also the shiratama matcha was so good too!
Had an amazing meal on an Easter Sunday. Food was great and tasty, teriyaki sauce was rich and flavourful, but the wagyu beef rice bowl is the winner! Beef was perfectly cooked and goes well with the sauce. The matcha latte is rich in flavourbut not overpowering. Service is good considering it was a busy public holiday.
