Great ramen restaurant with lots of options. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food was delicius, and the portions were generous. With Eatclub you can get good deals.
Unfortunately very disappointing. Overrated restaurant. Food: For a jumbo ramen there were only 3 thin small slices of pork. The tonkosu soup was watery/ runny (and very salty). It didn’t taste like pork broth at all. Maybe similar to the $5 ramen pack I once bought in supermarket . I personally prefer the ramen elsewhere. Dining environment: It’s a bit too hot to have ramen in summer without air conditioning.
This place is a real hidden gem! The food is great, the service is amazing, and the environment is great. I've been here twice, and ordered a Tonkotsu Chicken Katsu Ramen, and a Sapporo Miso Ramen. Both were amazing, the soup on the tonkotsu was top notch and the Miso flavor really came out in the Sapporo Ramen. The pork chashu they make is really good, it's just thin enough to pull and tear apart and carries the soup well. Their service is very good too, their staff are polite and always with a smile. After ordering, it only takes them 4-5 minutes to prepare your food which is quite fast, absolute gold if you're on a strict schedule but still want a good taste in your mouth. When leaving, they typically say goodbye to you as you go, which I think is very kind. The area inside is also good, although a bit cramped still has everything needed to have a good eating experience, with napkins for cleanup and chopsticks at the ready for your meal. Overall, 9/10 Great good Great service Good environment Would absolutely come again
Great little Japanese Restaurant located in Glebe Point Road. I had the Karage Don on rice, which was great. A bit sweeter than usual, but great all the same. Chicken was good quality, but the rice was (just) slightly overcooked. My GF had the Karami Ramen with the Miso base, which was very spicy (they did warn us) but she loved it. Price was decent/fair for the quality. I'd definitely go back. Highly recommend it.
Impressively good-value ramen, prepared and served by Japanese staff and chefs. The taste is authentic—just like what you'd find in Japan. If you’re a fan of real Japanese ramen, this place in Glebe is a must-try. Highly recommend
