Absolutely love this place - the best Japanese place in Neutral Bay! Such yummy food and a real hidden gem! Worth a visit for sure and even accommodated my friend who has an anaphylactic allergy to nuts and sesame seeds! The waitress is also so lovely and kind. Their outdoor (covered) terrace is also dog friendly.
We had a great first time coming to this place, the ordering is through an iPad which was fine although not convenient since they took it away after ordering the mains so we couldn’t order desserts in time (we got there just in time to have lunch although we had a physical menu we could have glance at it during the serving). The food was delivered fast, it was hot, all dishes were pretty nice but the fried rice wasn’t overly special, hence the 4 stars. The service was friendly, efficient and the place had an outdoor area that was great today. Plenty parking close by. They have lunch specials that made our lunch a lot more of what we thought we would have. I would go back again to check the rest of the menu.
The best ramen! Absolutely loved this spot — the ramen was rich and flavourful with that perfect umami punch. The sushi was fresh and delicate, and the katsu? Golden, crispy perfection. Every bite felt like a trip to Tokyo. Can’t wait to come back! I loved the cheese 🧀 pull of the katsu chicken so much! ❤️
Ramen was absolutely amazing! I was craving a good bowl of ramen, so I decided to order delivery. I asked for extra broth because I’m pregnant and super picky with food at the moment, and it was perfect. The flavour was rich, comforting, and exactly what I needed. Honestly, this has been the best meal I’ve had so far in Sydney, and I enjoyed every slurp. Kudos Team! 🤍
Beautiful Japanese food. The indoor seating is not bad but the outdoor can get a little windy and cold depending on the weather (apparently heaters are all non functional) The food is overall nice and well presented. Didn't find the ramen amazing although I do like the pork and chicken broths respectively. The broth is thick but not Gumshara thick. I personally think the extra ramen portion would ruin/dilute the broth so just order it standalone or just ask if they can separate the extra serving on a side. The deep fried food are nice, and love the smon skin. the curry is not bad either. The pan fried gyoza isn't the normal japanese gyoza I've had but still alright. Will come back for more.
