I have been waiting for a donburi place! This place hits the right spot. Good portion sizes, juicy meat, great flavour. I was very happy with the amount of meat in my buta don and my husband was very happy with how perfectly cooked the onsen eggs were. The gyoza is pricey (same as most places) but I would actually get it again because they are well stuffed compared to other places. My suggestions to the owners is I would love to see some half size/half price dons available for when we want a lighter meal, and especially for kids. A great kids meal would be plain chicken, rice, furikake, well cooked egg. I look forward to seeing how this place grows over time! Will be back soon I'm sure.
Everything was so delicious! The most delicious Gyoza I had in years! The sauce was great. The buda don was fantastic and so was the set. The salad and chicken were both outstanding. The service was excellent as we had to change our orders and they were so helpful. We will be back often.
Amazing authentic Japanese taste, every dish made fresh. I really enjoyed the food here. Hot Udon soup is wonderful in winter time. Great cozy vibe. Friendly staff.Quick service.
saw from reviews, lots of people ordered the Wagyu beef rice, so I had to try it. It didn't disappoint! and chicken breast was also super tender and juicy, really nice little Japanese restaurant in Kogarah
Really enjoyed this place. The wagyu beef slices were super soft and paired really well with the onsen egg. The gyoza was also surprisingly good crispy outside, juicy inside, and the yuzu shoyu sauce gave it a really fresh flavour. Simple menu but everything was done well. Would definitely come back.
