Easily the most affordable bang for your buck place in Hornsby. They are only open for lunch but it's tasty and affordable! Highly recommend their salmon avocado roll and the grilled salmon nigiri!
A bit on the more expensive side but the food quality was pretty good- although I'm questioning why there were grapes. Still might come back to try other things. The seared tuna salad was good and would recommend.
I've tried most sushi places in Hornsby, this is the best in terms of price and taste.

Really hard to find great food in Hornsby so pleasantly surprised by the food at Soto. Great atmosphere with open kitchen. Service was amazing without being pretentious. Food was absolutely fabulous. The agedashi tofu was the best that I have eaten and the rest of the menu was just as good. The portion size was very reasonable and well presented. This is now my new place to eat!
