The Wagyu was incredibly tender, beautifully marbled, and literally melted in our mouths 🤤✨ We also loved the beef tartare, sweet chili fried chicken , cold noodles, corn cheese, rose tteokbokki, and soft tofu soup. 🍲 Everything was so flavourful and satisfying. The mocktails were refreshing 🍹, the service was friendly, and the overall dining experience was amazing ❤️ Definitely one of the best Korean BBQ spots we’ve tried! Will be back! 🙌🔥

If you’re looking for a Korean BBQ spot that actually leaves you full and impressed, this is it. We went for the set menu and it was honestly so inclusive—you get a bit of everything and the value is great. The highlight for me was having the best of both worlds with the BBQ and the hotpot going at the same time. The meat quality was super high, really well-marbled and melted in your mouth. But don't sleep on the sides either—that cheesy corn on the hot plate was addictive, and the seafood pancake was perfectly crispy. Even the fried chicken was a hit. It all tasted so authentic, like a proper home-cooked feast but in a great restaurant setting. Everything from the banchan to the main shared plates was 10/10. Definitely coming back with a bigger group next time!

Came here for some Korean soup and stew meal sets. They turn out to be quite nice. I had the braised beef short ribs, the meat is tender and the soup is delicious. My friends had the kimchi pork and kimchi fish roe soup. They both find them tasty and finished up their soup. We also had seafood pancake and beef tartare. Seafood pancake is quite filling although not as crispy as other places but lots of ingredients. Beef tartare is the better one of the two, very refreshing and tender with the raw meat. Price wise is a little expensive as I would pay the same amount for something similar in the city, the quality is what makes it reasonable. Service is good, staff are friendly, helpful and diligent in your requests. The restaurant is one of the more roomier and comfortable Korean bbq place in Eastwood. It’s quite well ventilated as well which is great. Overall I would say it is one of the better places for Korean food, considering the many options in the area.

we had such a great experience here and it was honestly some of the best korean bbq we’ve ever had! the meat was incredibly juicy, tender, and full of flavour and it was cooked perfectly. the seafood pancake was delicious too, with a beautifully crisp exterior while still soft and packed with seafood inside. the korean fried chicken was super flavourful, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. the service was friendly and the atmosphere was great. we highly recommend this place!

I tried 888 Gogi recently. The seafood pancake was really nice and probably the highlight of the meal. The side dishes were also good and tasty. However, the KBBQ itself tasted pretty average and didn’t really stand out. Just something to note this is not the type of KBBQ where staff help you grill the meat, so you have to cook everything yourself. Service was also a bit disappointing. Among all the staff, only some of them seemed to be actually working and helping customers. One guy was just standing at the cashier the whole time playing on his phone and didn’t even smile or acknowledge customers. Overall, the seafood pancake and side dishes were nice, but the BBQ and service could definitely be improved.
